Gabrielle + Eliot - Topanga Canyon, California

Gabrielle + Eliot were married in their home in Topanga Canyon. They came to Carly Rae Weddings with a specific vision to have their love of the canyon represented in the design. We looked around the area for a location and ultimately decided to build their wedding at their home 2018 Father of the Bride style. G+E took their budget for a venue and put it towards beautifying their property with fresh landscape and custom lighting throughout. It was a fun way to invest in the long term instead of just paying for a 12 hour rental period.

This wedding was one of our favorite weddings to date because of all the personal touches we got to bring in. Of the Flowers did an incredible job bringing the flowers to life on the tables, Jacqueline Suskin typed poetry for each guests as a takeaway, and the night was finished off with bowls of ramen served by Hungry Bear Catering. We spared no expense to make this as personality filled as G+E…Kat even made over 100 sage smudge sticks for each guest as an additional favor. Everything about this event gives us heart eyes.

Our team had a wonderful time with Gabrielle + Eliot and could not be happier with the way this wedding turned out. It’s been a year since this event and a big congratulations to their new addition — a beautiful baby girl, Iris! - CRW
